Visa Information for International Participants
The 4th International Summit on Public Health and Preventive Medicine welcomes delegates from around the world. Below is essential visa-related information to assist with your travel planning:
1. Do You Need a Visa?
Check if you require a UK visa using the UK Government’s Visa Requirement Tool:
https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa.Nationals of the EU, EEA, USA, Canada, Australia, and several other countries may enter the UK for short-term visits (up to 6 months) without a visa.
2. Visa Types
Standard Visitor Visa: For most attendees (tourism, business meetings, academic events).
3. Required Documents
Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
Invitation Letter (issued by the conference organizers upon request).
Proof of conference registration and payment receipt.
Evidence of sufficient funds (bank statements).
Accommodation details and return flight tickets.
4. How to Request an Invitation Letter
Invitation letters are available only after successful registration and payment.
Email your request to isphpm@spectrumconferences.com with your Payment Receipt and passport details.
5. Processing Time
Apply at least 3 months before your travel date.
Priority/Super Priority services are available for urgent cases (additional fees apply).
6. Visa Fees
Standard Visitor Visa: £115–£200 (varies by nationality and processing speed).
Healthcare Surcharge: May apply for long-term visas (check UK Visa Fees).
7. Tips for a Successful Application
Apply early to avoid delays.
Ensure all documents are in English or include certified translations.
Clearly state your purpose of visit (e.g., conference participation).
Provide biometrics (fingerprints/photos) at a Visa Application Center if required.
